 在充分吸收借鑒國內(nèi)外相關研究成果的基礎上,本文采用理論研究與實證分析相結合、定性分析與定量分析相結合的方法進行系統(tǒng)化研究,主要研究成果包括:\u003Cbr>  (1)依據(jù)生態(tài)效率理論和全壽命周期理論,結合住宅建筑的具體情況,界定住宅建筑全壽命周期生態(tài)效率的概念,并限定其系統(tǒng)邊界和過程邊界。將住宅建筑全壽命周期生態(tài)效率定義為住宅建筑全壽命周期單位環(huán)境影響所實現(xiàn)的使用功能,將研究的系統(tǒng)邊界限定為住宅建筑的輪廓邊界和建筑最高點所圍合成的假想封閉立方體,將研究的過程邊界限定為住宅建筑的建材生產(chǎn)階段、建材運輸階段、住宅建造階段、住宅使用階段和修復拆除階段等五個階段。\u003Cbr>  (2)借鑒荷蘭Eco-indicator99的終點破壞理論和全壽命周期理論中的終點破環(huán)模型,提出資源耗竭、能源耗竭、生態(tài)質量破壞、人類健康受損等住宅建筑全壽命周期的環(huán)境影響終點及其算法。考慮到建筑面積在使用過程中的廣泛性、易測量性,及其不易受房價等外在因素影響,波動性小,故選擇其為住宅使用價值的表征值,與住宅建筑全壽命周期環(huán)境影響終點一起,組成住宅建筑全壽命周期生態(tài)效率評價指標體系。構建基于終點破環(huán)視閾下住宅建筑全壽命周期生態(tài)效率度量模型。\u003Cbr>  (3)構建基于TOPSIS法視閾下的住宅建筑全壽命周期生態(tài)效率度量模型;對多個住宅建筑的生態(tài)效率指標構成的初始決策矩陣進行歸一化、加權標準化處理;計算各住宅建筑到正理想解和負理想解的距離值;確定各住宅建筑的相對接近度。其中住宅建筑全壽命周期生態(tài)效率指標權重采用熵權法確定。\u003Cbr>  (4)進行實證研究,計算住宅建筑生態(tài)效率,并對結果進行敏感性分析和單因素方差分析。通過單因素方差分析方差分析可知,住宅建筑的結構類型對其生態(tài)效率有顯著的影響,而住宅建筑的層數(shù)對其生態(tài)效率的影響不顯著。通過對住宅建筑生態(tài)效率的敏感性分析可知,陶瓷、使用階段能耗、使用階段能耗、物化階段能耗的變化分別對住宅建筑資源效率、能源效率、生態(tài)質量效率和人類健康效率影響最大。\u003Cbr>  探究不同視閾住宅建筑全壽命周期生態(tài)效率的度量方法,可豐富住宅建筑可持續(xù)性評價、生態(tài)效率理論和方法等方面的研究,有助于相關各方全面和客觀地評價住宅建筑全壽命周期價值和環(huán)境影響的綜合效應,為政府針對性激勵、住宅開發(fā)企業(yè)建造、消費者選擇可持續(xù)性高的住宅提供理論支撐和科學依據(jù),服務我國住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)和國民經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有重要的理論價值和實踐意義。
