本文的主要工作如下:\u003Cbr> 1)對橡膠材料的力學性能和本構模型進行了研究,通過橡膠材料特性試驗,確定了氣囊橡膠材料本構模型的特性參數;對不同結構尺寸和邵氏硬度的橡膠氣囊進行了拋光接觸力研究和氣囊優選,基于優選結果,建立了橡膠氣囊接觸力與下壓量和充氣壓力的關系模型,并進行了實驗驗證;應用有限元分析和應變測量技術研究了氣囊拋光工具的拋光接觸力,通過對拋光工具連接架的有限元分析,確定了最大應變位置,并建立了最大應變位置處的應變與氣囊所受接觸力之間的關系模型,通過應變片測量實現了氣囊接觸力的在線監測,實驗結果表明理論模型與實測結果吻合良好。\u003Cbr> 2)針對氣囊拋光技術涉及的加工機理、幾何形狀修正機理和曲面光整加工機理進行了研究。對氣囊拋光接觸區的形狀、工具轉速、氣囊壓力與材料去除率之間的關系進行了理論分析,揭示了氣囊大變形條件下接觸區壓力分布規律,建立了接觸壓力模型。基于接觸力學和磨損理論,建立了氣囊拋光材料去除模型,為深入研究氣囊拋光材料去除機理和拋光工藝參數優化提供了理論依據。\u003Cbr> 3)通過拋光性能對比實驗,確定了棉纖維拋光布作為氣囊拋光工具的表面包覆材料;分析了各拋光工藝參數對實現模具表面位形修正和光整加工效果的影響,確定了工藝參數的靈敏度排序和最優工藝參數組合;提出一種應用于氣囊拋光雙目標工藝參數優化及加工結果預測的方法,實現了確保材料去除率和表面粗糙度兩項工藝指標情況下對氣囊拋光工藝參數的優化組合,并得到加工效果的預測結果,實驗驗證了預測結果的準確性。\u003Cbr>
